We wanted to share a feel-good local hospitality story from Giuseppe’s at Shadow Ridge!
Sergio Hernandez was recently recognized as NBC Palm Springs’ “Server of the Week” and surprised mid-shift with a $1,000 tip in front of guests and coworkers.

I’m excited to share the official press release for the Mary Pickford Theatre’s 25-Year Anniversary Celebration, taking place May 15–17 in Cathedral City.
This three-day event, titled “Where Were You in 2001?”, invites the community to step back in time and experience a nostalgic lineup of iconic films while celebrating 25 years of memories, storytelling, and connection in the Coachella Valley.
The weekend includes:
Classic films from 2001 including Shrek, Moulin Rouge, The Princess Diaries, Monsters, Inc., and more
A special ribbon cutting and rededication ceremony on Saturday, May 16 at 10:30 AM
A community-focused celebration honoring the theatre’s legacy and future

PALM SPRINGS Calif. – Local nonprofit Helping Heroes USA is raising funds for local charities in the Coachella Valley through their ‘Roll the Dice’ Jeep Giveaway Contest. The fundraising promotion will run March 28th and 29th , when participants ‘Roll the Dice” in the back of a Jeep Gladiator located at I-10 Dodge.
